• The basic rent is €850-€900 per month.
• Fixed service charges of €340 per month cover gas, water, electricity, internet, and furnishings.
• Deposit: 2 months' rent. Available from November 1, 2025, for a maximum of 2 years.
• Available only for students who wish to temporarily live in another municipality in the Netherlands for their studies or who are coming from abroad and studying in the Netherlands.
• Required: proof of registration with an educational institution, proof of current residential address, guarantor's declaration, and (if available) a reference from the previous landlord.
